Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rodial purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  • 2.
    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the unopened products in their original box, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  • 3.
    Ship to Rodial

    Send your parcel back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
